I'm Going Back to 505 (0,375L)
A barrel-aged mixed fermentation ale.
Primary fermentation took place on secondary use plums in one of DEYA's fruiting tanks - the residual yeasts, microbes and bacteria fermenting the beer.
505 was then conditioned in oak barrels for 8 months before packaging.
The result is a beautifully balanced mixed fermentation ale with a light plum character and oak complexity.
